If you're not satisfied with what you ordered, simply ship back the item to us. Please make sure that the following are observed:

• You are returning a ( the) item(s) within 30 days of receiving it
• The item(s) is(are) not washed, worn, and/or damaged (in good condition with the tag still intact)
• You are willing to wait for us to receive the item(s) first before approving a refund
• You are willing to shoulder the shipping cost of returning the item(s)
• The shipping fee is non-refundable. (subject to review)

And items purchased with a discount code or that were on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund, but you can exchange them for other items we have on the website with the same value or exchange them for store credit.

Prior to sending it back to us, please be sure to contact  support@sizeupapparel.com so we would know firsthand your intention prior to receiving the item(s).
